Safety, Fire Fighting, and Evacuation Training
All employees must complete basic fire fighting and fire evacuation drill training in accordance with the factory's safety standards.
Introduction
Safety is a prerequisite of our work, not an option. Therefore, every employee at Somporn Mould and Part must complete standard factory safety training, including basic firefighting and fire evacuation drills.
Content
Fire fighting training program: All employees are required to undergo firefighting training in accordance with the company's safety standards. The curriculum covers the types of fires, the correct use of firefighting equipment, and hands-on firefighting practice. This ensures that employees are prepared to handle potential fire emergencies and contribute to maintaining a safe work environment. Fire evacuation training program: All employees must also participate in fire evacuation drills in line with our safety standards. The training covers queuing, teamwork during an evacuation, caring for the injured, and knowing the assembly points—all of which are essential to ensuring workplace safety. Both training programs are conducted in collaboration with professional safety officers and are held regularly to ensure that both new and existing employees meet the same safety standards.
