What types of products do you manufacture?

Plastic injection molds, blow molds, vacuum molds, die-casting molds, jigs and fixtures, as well as finished parts milled and turned according to your specifications using our in-house CNC machines.

What information is needed to provide a quote?

Simply provide a drawing, sample part, or photo of the part to get an evaluation started. We will respond with a quotation and mold design guidelines.

How to maintain consistent quality?

We operate under an ISO 9001 certified quality system since 2007. Every step—from design, machining, and assembly to trial operation—is carried out in-house, allowing us to detect and resolve any issues prior to delivery.

How long does it take to make one set of molds?

The lead time depends on the size and complexity of the mold. We will confirm a realistic delivery schedule with your quotation and keep you updated throughout the manufacturing, testing, and delivery stages.

Do you offer repair or modification services for existing molds?

We repair and modify existing molds. Please send us your mold along with the sample part to assess wear and tear, manufacture replacement inserts, and test the mold before returning it to the production line.
