Metal casting
We work with sand and shell mold foundries to produce patterns, match plates, and core boxes, clearly agreeing on shrinkage rates, draft angles, and machining allowances before cutting the material.

How can we help you?
Pattern making requires true on-site understanding. That’s why we collaborate directly with our clients' foundry engineers to determine gating systems, overflows, and parting lines—eliminating any guesswork. Matchplates are engineered for precise alignment and to maintain structural stability through repeated sand compaction, reinforced with aluminum or steel wear plates in high-abrasion areas. Existing patterns can be repaired, resurfaced, or upgraded to more durable materials as production volumes increase. We also offer post-cast machining, giving clients a single-source solution from raw casting to finished dimensions.
