What We Do
We start with your 3D files and analyze the flow and cooling systems to determine gate locations, runner balance, and cooling circuits before ordering the steel. Cavities and cores are hardened, ground, and hand-fitted to ensure seamless parting lines. Hot or cold runner systems are selected based on your cycle time targets. The use of standard mold bases and interchangeable inserts keeps future design modifications cost-effective. Every mold undergoes test shots on our machines and is delivered complete with sample parts, dimensional inspection reports, and a recommended spare parts list.
