Whether it's cracked cavities, worn parting lines, excess flash, parts sticking to the mold, or design modifications, we evaluate the mold and offer the fastest, safest path to get back into production.

What We Do

We always disassemble and inspect the mold first, then clearly report what is normal wear, what is damage, and what is a design issue—so you never pay to fix the same problem twice. Our repair services cover TIG and laser welding, insert replacement, repolishing, remachining worn parting lines, and rebuilding ejection or cooling systems. Engineering changes follow the same principle: machining new inserts rather than cutting into the existing mold base, allowing the mold to be reverted to its original design later. Every mold is sample-tested before return, complete with a detailed record of work done for your maintenance logs.
