What We Do

Rubber molding relies heavily on compression control. Cavity volume, flash grooves, and shrinkage allowances are calculated specifically from your rubber formulation—not just copied from standard tables. Every plate is precision ground, with hard chrome or nickel plating applied where smooth demolding is required. Multi-cavity molds are balanced to ensure uniform curing across all parts. For rubber-to-metal bonding, we manufacture metal inserts and locating pins alongside the mold to ensure consistent assembly accuracy. We also produce silicone molds for low-volume runs when you need prototype samples before investing in steel tooling.
