What We Do

Die-casting molds must withstand impact on every shot. That's why we use hot-work tool steel, hardened to the optimal level, and apply nitride coating specifically to the surfaces most vulnerable to wear and erosion. The runner, biscuit, and overflow layouts are precisely calculated based on your machine's clamping force and shot weight to control porosity and flash. The ejection and core-pull systems are designed to strip straight and consistently, while cooling lines are positioned to maintain a steady mold temperature throughout production shifts. Additionally, we provide maintenance, welding, and CNC machining repair services for molds after initial production runs.
