Every vacuum forming mold project begins with a formability analysis. We inspect draft angles, corner radii, and vent hole placements before milling a single piece, ensuring the sheet material draws evenly and releases without blemishes. Both aluminum and steel molds are machined in-house, followed by vent drilling and surface polishing to the exact finish your material requires. We supply trimming fixtures alongside the molds so finished parts are cut using the same datum points established during forming, and we deliver sample parts with dimensional inspection reports prior to mold handover.
